Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V
I just finished making this Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V for a co-worker's birthday tomorrow. I've never used this recipe before so I hope it's good :0) ! ~I'm sure ya'll will hear about it, if it's a total disaster!

P.S. For those of you who care...the cake is already gone. That's right, 9:32 a.m. and there is no cake left!!!! We ate breakfast tacos (i'm going to miss those when i move back to bmt.) and then the cake. Oh, and in a little bit (11:00 a.m.), we'll be going to TX Land and Cattle for lunch :0) --good thing i ran today!
